Edible Education Cooking

Edible Education’s Fall Favorites - If your child is interested in food and cooking, then Edible Education's enrichment is here for you. We work closely with students on culinary basics like: measurements, basic math applications, knife skills, and immersion in the act of cooking itself. Fall Favorites has a special focus on foods that are in season like pumpkin, cranberries, squash and apples. We incorporate these beautiful fruits and vegetables into familiar foods to broaden the culinary horizons of every child we teach. During this course we will work with the children to make: pumpkin pancakes, cranberry sauce from scratch, butternut squash soup, apple sauce, and more!
